Happy New Year!

Ahoy, You!
While I am posting just about four miles from the location I last posted, I am in a different county and a different and interesting season of my life that I find exciting!

I have been in the condo for about a week and am having fun with family and friends getting settled in.  In unpacking, I found this beautiful old tablecloth whose history I do not know.  I am amazed by the amount of effort and skill it must have taken to make it, however!

So much detail!

And the craft room is coming together!
Whatever your circumstances may be I hope you enjoy creatively crafting your time.

After nearly nine years of happily living in community with much of my family, we are each at various stages of launching on our own with all sorts of interesting possibilities ahead of us!

I am aimed "...reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:13-14 NKJV

Are you launching into any special crafting projects?  I am so excited by the numerous possible choices I have found as I unpacked!

Blessings to you and yours!
Gracie xx

  8. Hi Gracie.. waving at you in your new home from over here at my old one! I'm so glad I got to see your new home and know where you are for the next time I come to visit. Maybe we can hang out and crochet together or maybe even watercolor paint. Do you have all your boxes unpacked yet? What a big project a move is! You've worked so hard over this past year to ready your house for sale then to get the sale done and then find a new place.. whew.. I can't even imagine. Do you plan to get back into swimming? Let me know.

  12. oh yes Gracie, it must be lovely to re kindle with craft items boxed up for a long time. When you have laid it out on your shelves like that it does look so inviting to choose a new project. I hope you get settled in soon. Jo xxx

  13. Glad you are getting settled in your new condo! Your craft room looks nice! I should remove a bunch of books from shelves we have and put things in there. Good idea! I'm downsizing slowly and getting rid of things I don't use any more. I have plans already in place for this year's craft work. One for sure that's partially worked on...my daughter's quilt! Take care and enjoy your new abode and God bless you my friend!
