Fuzzy WIP on Wednesday

The huge wild cherry tree outside my bedroom window is looking fuzzy with moss and buds and a few blossoms here and there...so exciting...more Spring springing!

I caught Miss Maggie Rabbit-Saylor in the shadow of the world  and some posies.  She is scheduled to meet Miss Maggie Marie Kasner today at our crafty bloggers' lunch with Teresa, Betsy, Taci and  me at The Olive Garden. [The other day I asked my three-year-old granddaughter if she liked Miss Maggie's capelet I had just finished knitting and tied around her.  I was delighted when my granddaughter responded with a high compliment, "Uh huh, she looks like a Super Hero :) "]

And I am enjoying making good progress on the Ruby shawl!  I bought the pattern from Anastasia Roberts on Ravelry,  and I am using Deborah Norville's Serenity Garden Yarn. I was inspired by Teresa who made one in this lush colorway,  and has just completed another in a different wonderful color mix.

Yesterday I met a friend for lunch to celebrate her birthday.  Today is our bloggers' lunch. The next day I meet with friends at church, and the next day I hope to meet with Taci's knitting-crocheting group!  My calendar is fuzzy with plans for fun :)

Is anything fuzzy in your life?

xx,
Gracie

  10. We have fuzzy ice on all the pine needles outside ... an ice and sleet storm today left the world looking rather wintry.

I recognised that yarn as soon as I saw it ... it is lovely yarn, isn't it? So soft and drapey and a beautiful colourway.

    Enjoy your fuzzy week!
