Lambs from Meredith and little girls visited Gramma....surprise!!!

with lots of hugging action which Shelby Dog chose to ignore.

Rose was a little anxious....

and almost overwhelmed ...

but Nanny Taffy [Fluffy Baa Baas sister] has moved in to help keep the lambs and little girls happily safe

so that everyone could enjoy another visit through cyberspace with Meredith and Little Buddy in Florida!

Gramma has also enjoyed visits with other friends, including Betsy who made this fabulous doily for Teresa,

and Taci who helped Gramma learn how to send these cool pictures on her phone :)

Gramma has also been visiting lots of pattern sites trying to decide on a rectangular shawl pattern for the Malabrigo merino yarn she bought recently.  It's fun to look!

And Gramma has also been  visiting with family and friends via phone, emails, blogs, and Facebook while she prepares to drive to CA with her youngest daughter and son-in-law starting at 4am tomorrow morning for a week of visiting with family and friends!

Are you enjoying any visits where you are?

Gracie XX

  1. I'm enjoying visits where I am! Here in Ohio.. with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. I got a huge kick out of that photo with the girls surrounding you on your laptop visiting Meredith's blog. Drive safe! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  2. It looks like you're having a very nice visit. The baby is getting so big! All the girls look adorable. The photo of the dog ignoring them made me smile because our dog always laid like that while the kids played when they were younger, he was trying to avoid the whole situation. I hope you have a great trip. :)

  3. Safe travels to you Gracie! What part of CA will you be in? I loved the picture of you with all of the girls in your lap! LOVE!!! And the lambs are precious, just like all of those little ones!!!!
    XO Kris

  4. Hi Gracie! So it's you and Teresa's turn to travel. I hope you have a wonderful time visiting with your family and friends. I loved the girls pictures with their lambs and looking at Meredith's blog. I enjoyed meeting Nanny Taffy last week. She has quite a job ahead of her, watching out for the girls and the lambs. Oh my! Drive safely and have fun!
    Blessings always,

  16. Aww! Who is more adorable in these photos: children or sheep?

My daughter was recently invited to socialise with some girls about her own age across the street - a momentous occasion as it was the first invitation she's received since falling ill 2 1/2 years ago. Such a joy for her.

  17. Oh, goodness! That first picture of Rose! Precious! And Betsy's project is gorgeous. So glad you all were able to enjoy some time together! :)

  18. I am so happy the lovely little girls love their lambs and even happier Nanny Taffy has arrived to get everything in order. She does look like a take charge sheep if you ask me. Love the photos of the girls looking at my blog, you are such a wonderful Grandma to them gracie.
Hugs and have a great trip.

  19. Somehow I missed all these posts...I am so sorry for the late comments (but I am enjoying catching up)! LOVE the lambs---they're adorable! I can't think of Easter and spring without thinking about lambs:)
Your grandkids are SO precious--love little Rose's expression in that first photo!
    Blessings, Aimee
