but why I made it, examining the thoughts that accompany creativity and the act of making."

Designing Days

This is close to the way the pattern I chose to follow should look.

But I decided I would prefer my blanket to be denser, so I made up this square.
I am having fun :)

Out of the many times I noted that I felt cheerful this week, the following are my reasons to be cheerful that I recorded in my journal :)
Have you started jotting down your reasons to be cheerful? It is never too late to start and if you share some of your reasons to feel cheerful, you just might cheer someone else...

  1. It looks as though you have had a lot of reasons to be cheerful this week. I like your granny square. I'll be intrigued to see what it looks like when they are sewn together.

    2. Gracie,
Go to youtube, find the video, click on share underneath the video, click on embed and a bunch of gibberish shows up in a box.
Copy the gibberish and paste it where you want it in your blog! Ta-da!

    3. Very nice squares, Gracie. As always, I enjoy your journal on reasons to be cheerful.
I hope you can understand my instructions for entering a youtube video into your post.
I also have given instructions in one of my blogs, the one with elephants and video clips.
I had to figure it out myself, but finally got it.
