"I started photographing my domestic world and writing not just about what I had made,
but why I made it, examining the thoughts that accompany creativity and the act of making."

Learning

This morning my almost three-year-old grand girl was working on flash cards with her mom.
She sounded out
" huh...eh...nnn "
Then she triumphantly concluded
" CHICKEN ! "
Then later the little darling went out
in the yard with her mom
and brought me back this
beautiful bouquet
I want to share with you.
Blessings <3

  1. Children are so sweet are'nt they. I have a few psots to catch up with as I spent Easter with my Mum. I went last Thurs and home today. On one of your posts I think you mentioned someething about life 'spinning along' mine is but maybe not quite as I would like, however what will be will be. Mum, DH and I had a lovely peaceful Easter, I did not make it to Church although sat in the churchyard on Saturday for a wee while thinking. take care Anne x

    1. Yes, their lives often remind me how precious life is. I'm so glad you and DH were able to spend time with your mum. I too missed church this Easter [because I'm trying to encourage a pulled muscle/ligament to heal]. I hope the peace you found in your days away from home will invade your week now that you are back to your normal routine. <3

  3. I love that daffodil with the darker orange trumpet! I "need" to get some different varieties to mix with my old standbys. See you on Friday!! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
