Take Heart with Teresa Kasner

It is a joy to meet new friends through blogging!  One of my first new friends is the talented artist, Teresa Kasner.
For several months I have admired the beautiful free crochet heart pattern Teresa has posted on her blog.
Over the last few days I gathered the materials to give the pattern a try, and really enjoyed the whole creative process!
Although I made some mistakes, I am excited about the results of my first effort and
I have visions of making many more hearts!
Thank you, Teresa!!!

And thank you again, Teresa,  for these beautiful hand-painted cards!
If you haven't met Teresa, please check out her blog and enjoy all she beautifully and generously shares!

    1. Your pattern is so well written and photographed, Teresa! I was trying to crochet into a chain instead of around it at one point on my first try, but your good pictures are helping me correct my errors. I am up to 4 hearts so far. So much fun! (: Thanks again!

  2. Hi Gracie! YAY! I'm so happy to be discovering your blog. :D I just adore that crocheted heart. I'm learning crochet right now and that's motivation. I can see myself wanting to make a whole garland of red and pink hearts like that. :)

    1. So far I have made four red ones, and am learning more about crochet structure in the process. Teresa has done a fabulous job for me in printing the directions as she has. Her pictures of the different stages on lined paper helps me understand what I need to do and I can lay out what I have done on my print out of her pattern and it is the same size!
