Garden Harvest 9/29/2011

We still have more tomatoes ripening, and a row of ravaged cabbages.
Why are our squash plants producing flowers but no squash, and the leaves sort of look like they are covered by flour?  Note our one tiny ear of corn and that
our carrots have interesting character, yes?

 How does your garden grow?

  1. SO jealous! Those fresh veggies look awesome! The only garden I have is my herb garden. We live on the 5th floor so it's kinda hard to have a veggie garden on our balcony. :/

  2. The tomatoes made great sauce and then soup! We are going to try the first of the cabbage this week.

  3. Ha! We had the same problems with our squash. Thought it may be the low sunlight??? I think the white "dusting" is a type of mold.
