Heading South...again!

In June, 2011, my youngest daughter and I drove down the OR and northern CA coast to attend several important celebrations.  On the way we stopped at a scenic overlook in southern OR to switch drivers and soak in some sunshine and awesome views of the sea.

The first celebration we attended was the 50th wedding anniversary of my oldest sister and brother-in-law...

witnessing them renewing their vows...

and dancing to great accordian music

celebrating amidst lovingly gathered flowers, family and friends.

Then the next day we celebrated the happily anticipated arrival of the first baby of some young family-friends,

then headed back north along the shore to home.
