Pleasant Pastimes

The other day I snapped a photo of Shelby Dog enjoying a patch of sunshine .

When she realized I was taking her picture she began to pose.

First a grin . . .

then a spectacular smile!!!

This morning I woke to find another flurry of snow

had briefly stopped

to visit on its way to Mt. Hood .

So I crocheted a new cup cozy

with some of the *designer* yarn I spun at the two
spinning workshops I attended several weeks ago.

Then I made a cup of coffee with vanilla almond milk
and began to plan what to share with you today

and wonder . . .
how you spent  2 . 29 . 2012 ?

  1. Oh my goodness.. I am soooooo tired from the basket class. Got there at 9 am and worked until 4 pm. I'll share pix tomorrow.
    ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  2. Hi there your dog is cute. Love the posing and the smile. Today is a lovely sunny one and I went out to Knitting Group with just my cardigan. Supposed to get colder again at the weekend. Anne x

    1. I enjoy reading about your days, Anne, and am glad you are having some nice weather. I just read through some more of your past posts and was so impressed with your Sugarcraft efforts! The Christmas Cake was amazing!!! Have you ever visited Tattershall Castle?

  3. I just want to wrap my arms around Shelby Dog! I so enjoy reading your posts, and LOVE the photos of your day. The cozy is darling! lol Your blog seriously makes me want to visit and share a cup of coffee (with super-yummy vanilla almond milk.) :)

    1. You will always be welcome to come and share a cup of coffee/tea with me, Sosae. (: <3
