If you could email me at grayseasailor@gmail.com I would love to type to you! I am so glad you like the scarf. I have made three of them so far. I am waving to you from Boring, Oregon :)Gracie Saylorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09499163425742659172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8229743630534449187.post-44228470873842461402013-12-17T12:54:33.387-08:002013-12-17T12:54:33.387-08:00Oh, I love how colorful the scarf is! It's ho...Oh, I love how colorful the scarf is! It's how I stumbled across your blog! I also saw that gorgeous shawl that has rainbow-like coloring and fell in love! I live in Southwest Washington (waving! Hi!) And am chronically I'll and a ton of chronic body wide pain is part of the package. That is why I dress for comfort. I literally wear slippers to doctor appointments because shoes hurt so badly. Silly, eh? Anyhoo, coats are so stiff and oddly heavy now, so I tend to avoid them and wear robes around the house. But that's a bit too casual for doctor spots ( i.e. my only outings past 6 months has been to doctor and bank.). Then I rediscovered crochet and shawls. :-). I like a good shawl! They go easy over your shoulders, don't weigh a lot, and you can get so creative with them! I can't flower garden anymore, but I can make beautiful colorfuil, cheery things with yarn! I Don't try the lacy, delicate shawls, hands are too fumbly for such close work. So, I am so on a shawl pattern quest every day. Since its almost Christmas (happy birthday Jesus!) Two of my daughters have asked me to fashion a pink scarf, and a slouch beanie. Both projects are new to me. So, that's how I found your blog. My scarf questing! And that shawl of yours is so beautifully colored! I had to say hello, and tell you that I just love your work! I live near enough to you to be able to say hi neighbor! I liked that shawl so much! it is like a rainbow when yuhe sun breaks through the clouds! Congratulations on the recent birth of your grandaughter! My b'day is October 29, so she was born close to my birthday! My first grandchild is due early summer! How precious! Well, thanks for sharing through your blog! :-). I am going to follow your blog, but I promise not to write long comments like this anymore. ;-)MaschelleMEcfshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06326322558103205825noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8229743630534449187.post-26776346001308585842012-11-19T01:44:50.823-08:002012-11-19T01:44:50.823-08:00Beautiful scarf!
